Power in Numbers: The Benefits of Small Group Training

Working out in a small group training environment offers a number of benefits compared to big chain gyms. One of the main advantages is the personalized attention and support that you receive from the trainers. With smaller group sizes, trainers are able to provide more individualized instruction, making sure that you're performing exercises correctly and safely. Additionally, the smaller group size allows for a more supportive and motivating atmosphere, where you can bond and encourage each other to push harder and reach your goals.

Small group training also allows for more flexibility in programming, as the trainers can tailor the workout to the specific needs and abilities of the group, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Furthermore, with more interaction with trainers and other members, it's easier to hold each other accountable and create a sense of commitment and consistency. This can lead to better results and more sustainable progress in the long run.

Overall, small group training environments provide a more effective, efficient, and enjoyable workout experience that can lead to greater success in achieving your fitness goals.

Six of our favourite reasons to train in a small group:

  1. Increased accountability: When training in a small group, members are more likely to show up and push themselves harder due to peer pressure and accountability.

  2. Variety: Small group training allows for a variety of exercises and activities, which can keep workouts interesting and engaging.

  3. Social interaction: Training with others can be a fun and social experience, which can make the workout more enjoyable.

  4. Personalized attention: Small group training provides the opportunity for more personalized instruction and feedback from a trainer or coach.

  5. Cost-effective: Small group training can be more cost-effective than one-on-one training.

  6. Safety: Training in a small group can provide a safer environment, especially when lifting heavy weights or performing complex movements.
